Due to the current Coronavirus crisis, Motorola launched the Motorola Razr in India, at an online event earlier today. The Motorola Razr, the company’s first-ever clamshell-style flexible display smartphone that folds completely, is now available to pre-order in India.
Motorola Razr in Noir Black is available to pre-order now from Flipkart, with device availability from April 2.. There’s only a single variant available in India that costs Rs 1,24,999. Motorola is bundling a one-time screen replacement offer worth Rs 7,999 with the Razr and up to Rs 10,000 cashback on payment via Citi bank.
Motorola Razr is foldable flip-phone that has a 6.2-inch screen flexible screen and runs on Android.
The Razr is officially a folding phone, taking its standard clamshell design and reworking it into something more suited to 2019. The device flips open to reveal a 6.2-inch foldable plastic OLED screen, albeit with that chunky curved chin at the bottom, which now houses a fingerprint sensor and a USB-C charging port.
When the phone is folded, there’s a 2.7-inch glass-covered OLED display, something Motorola is referring to as the Quick View display. Similar to the front of the Galaxy Fold, this front screen can show notifications, music controls and take pictures using the 16MP front-facing camera.
